We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. OT Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic Systems Solutions Team. This position is ideal for a qualified candidate who is experienced with OT and IT enterprise networking experience, proven ability to work in a multi-functional, cross-functional, and collaborative approach in supporting both technical teams and business stakeholders. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong technical skills across a variety of technologies, mentor and support team members, and help ensure that innovative solutions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with agreed outcomes defined.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the primary network engineer for OT-related initiatives.
  • Support the design and adoption of OT network architectures.
  • Lead the deployment and implementation of secure, resilient network architectures based on industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to resources to improve network solution design and implementation.
  • Provide support for complex OT network incidents and problems, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Provide guidance on OT network security and access control policies.
  • Manage and maintain local IT support teams and operational staff on OT network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to project planning, cutovers, maintenance activities, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and production requirements into effective network solutions.

  • Experience with project management and ability to drive tasks through completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OT cybersecurity, network, or IAM/ risk management strategies.
