Library Assistants will be fully trained on all library policies, procedures, software and systems. We will work with your class schedule when assigning shifts. Circulation desk duties: library user assistance; checking library materials in & out; basic to mid-level research assistance. Sorting, organizing and shelving library materials; shelf reading & s library stacks maintenance. MeLCat duties to include: processing & packaging MeLCat requests, sending & receiving MeLCat deliveries. Processing, shelving & straightening magazines & journals.
