Job description

Description:

3rd shift is 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., Monday - Friday. Overtime will often times be available working later into the morning on Saturdays.


SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS - QUALITY INSPECTOR / VISUAL INSPECTION / PRODUCTION QUALITY

Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to inspect inner layers of circuit boards functionality.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect the inner layers prior to manufacturing to multilayer printed circuit boards.
  • Verify conductivity of inner layer circuits.
  • Post etch punch after AOI complete.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to department supervisor and Director of Operations.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma is required.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing for long periods of time is required.

Exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals.


WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday from 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Training on 1st or 2nd shift for first 4 - 6 weeks.
