Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Licensed Esthetician who is not only skilled in skincare but also capable of managing front desk responsibilities, including sales and customer service. This dual role is perfect for a proactive professional who excels in client interaction and aims to grow in both esthetics and spa management.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized skin consultations and perform skincare treatments using Circadia products. and sothys products
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions in register.
  • Drive the sale of spa services and skincare products, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk.
  • Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and provide clear, friendly communication to enhance client relationships.
  • Uphold the spa’s operational standards and contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Valid esthetician license in Texas.
  • Experience in retail sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiently use Circadia skin care line for treatments and care menu .
  • Strong organizational and phone skills, with previous experience at a spa front desk.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and some evenings.
  • Previous Experience in Spa front desk sales associate and wellness coordinator is a plus

Compensation:

  • Hourly base pay plus Tiered Straight Commission: on service sales & products sales , incentivizing high performance and exceptional client service.
