Business Analyst

Work with various business operation teams to support their BAU activities (Eagle Performance, Data management). Transform the requirements to Technical deliverables in Eagle application. Debug issues reported by Business team related to Eagle Performance. Participate in UAT with business teams. Coordinate with various upstream, downstream and vendors to implement the new requirements.

Experience: 8 - 12 years. Required Skills: Technical Skills: Eagle Perf mesurmnt & atributn, SQL, Eagle- Reference Data - RDC, Eagle-Message Center, Oracle Performance Tuning, Unix, PL/SQL Domain Skills:

Responsibilities: Work with various business operation teams to support their BAU activities (Eagle Performance, Data management). Excellent domain knowledge in Capital markets areas like Asset & Wealth management, Asset servicing and Investment banking. Knowledge in Middle-office & Back-office functions like Post trade processes, Clearing & settlements, Data Management, Collateral Management, Security lending, Risk Management, Corporate action processing, Fund Accounting, Performance returns calculation & Attributions, Regulatory reporting. Knowledge on Asset classes like Equity, Fixed income, Derivatives (Future, Options, SWAPS), Foreign exchange and Alternative investments. Should have experience working in the Eagle Product implementations. Possess good knowledge on any of the Eagle functional modules like Data management / Fund Accounting / Performance calculation & attribution. Experience in working as Consultant/Business analyst in Capital markets implementations. Work with Business Users & Stakeholders to understand the requirements and create the business requirements document. Work with Technical leads to develop the technical design document to implement in the Eagle application. Perform the functional testing to validate the developed components meet the defined business requirements. Work with business users to create the test case for user acceptance testing and support the test execution. Working experience in capital markets transformation & conversion projects. Knowledge on all the functions & workflow of the IBOR and ABOR system for various asset classes. Hands-on experience in SQL, Service-now, JIRA. Work in an Agile Scrum methodology. Certification like CFA, CIPM,Client. Good to have knowledge on other Capital markets COTS products like Aladdin, Calypso, Murex, Colline, Fidessa, BISAM, FACTSET.
