JOB DESCRIPTION
DEPARMENT: Operations
LOCATION: Theater
REPORTS TO: General Manager
JOB DUTIES
  • Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures.
  • Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
  • Demonstrate Commitment, and Integrity at all times - double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not.
  • Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items.
  • Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items.
  • Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office.
  • Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist.
  • Be cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management when issues arise.
  • Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures- including but not limited to other duties.
  • Acknowledging guest by Cinépolis standards.
  • Attend and participate in trainings and meetings.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Must be 18 years or older. Refer to your state guidelines.
• 1+ years of food running or bussing preferred.
• ServSafe, Food Handling, and Alcohol training certifications required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner.
• Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Have integrity and can be counted on to do the right thing.
• Available nights, holidays, and weekends.
