At Silverspot Cinema, we’re looking for a multi-unit Director of Event Sales to take center stage, driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering exceptional events across our locations.

???? What You’ll Do:

  • Drive event sales growth by generating new business, nurturing leads, and closing high-value deals
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, studios, agencies, planners, and community partners
  • Lead and develop a high-performing event sales team through coaching, goal setting, and performance management
  • Oversee the full event lifecycle—from concept and proposal through execution and post-event follow-up
  • Partner with theater operations to ensure seamless, high-quality event delivery
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including budgets, pricing models, and target markets
  • Ensure CRM (Tripleseat) accuracy and consistent follow-up on all inquiries and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and accounting teams to maximize profitability and performance
  • Analyze sales performance and produce reports, forecasts, and insights to drive continuous improvement
