Job description

CINEMA AND EVENTS ASSISTANT

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Part-time. Hours flexible to include evenings and weekends. Not to exceed 24 Hours a week.

CLASSIFICATION: Contracted, Limited Term

HOURLY RATE: $14.00 per hour

FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY: Assist with theater and event activities through positive interactions and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform assigned theater or event activities.
  • Greet visitors to the college events as needed.
  • Provide a positive experience for all people attending and participating in all SC4 activities.
  • Understand and abide by SC4 policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain a professional image of SC4.
  • Other duties as assigned.

UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF:  Under the general supervision of the SC4 Theatre at Sperry's Manager and SC4 Events Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience working with the public.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Available to work mornings or evenings, and/or weekends.
