Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $17-$20/hour DOE
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (shift may vary to 3:00 PM-2:00 AM, with a 2nd shift premium of 11.5%)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our team at a new, climate-controlled facility specializing in tight-tolerance sheet metal products. This position requires flexibility with hours and a willingness to work overtime as needed.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brakes to bend metal plates accurately.
  • Interpret technical documents such as diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to execute tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meet all company and industry safety requirements.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Optimize material usage to minimize waste and scrap.
  • Interpret prints, sketches, and verbal instructions for production.
  • Deburr parts as required to meet quality standards.
  • Load programs into machines from external downloads or manually without assistance.
  • Select proper punches, dies, and tooling for each job.

Requirements

  • Experience with hand and power tools.

Required Tools: Certified 12" Caliper, tape measure, and protractors.
