We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Receptionist
What You Will Do
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry
Distribute packages and mail
Maintain visitors sign-in logs
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
Business professional dress attire
Ensure reception area and lobby maintain a welcoming presentation and first impression
