Job description:

Server – Cigar Box Bar & Lounge

Location: Westfield, Indiana
Position: Part-Time Server
Schedule: 3–4 evening shifts per week, Wednesday–Sunday

The Cigar Box Bar & Lounge is looking for an experienced, polished, and dependable server to join our team. We are an upscale, 21+ cigar bar and lounge offering premium cigars, craft cocktails, bourbon and whiskey, great food, live music, and a relaxed hospitality-focused atmosphere.

We are looking for someone who understands that great service is more than taking orders—it’s about being attentive, personable, efficient, and creating an experience that keeps guests coming back.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of serving experience required
  • Must be available Wednesday through Sunday
  • Ability to work 3–4 evening shifts per week, including Friday and Saturday nights
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Comfortable working in a busy bar/lounge environment
  • Excellent communication and guest-service skills
  • Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tables and bar tabs accurately
  • Must be comfortable working in a cigar-smoking environment
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

We especially value servers who can build relationships with regular guests, learn our food and beverage offerings, make recommendations, and help create the welcoming atmosphere our lounge is known for.

About the Position

This is a part-time position averaging 3–4 evening shifts per week. Weekend availability is essential, and applicants must be available Wednesday through Sunday.
