Job description

The Application Services and Continuous Delivery Department provides the development squads with the platforms, services and tools they need to deliver, roll out and host software components effectively to meet the needs of Desjardins's members and clients. As part of its digital strategy, Desjardins is committed to transforming its software development approach to gradually integrate artificial intelligence capabilities. Our department plays a central role in this transformation by providing modern CI/CD platforms based on GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, SonarQube and Kubernetes, as well as AI tools such as GitHub Copilot. We're looking for someone to contribute to the shift to automated and secure smart delivery pipelines. As an AI CI/CD Platform Administrator (DevSecOps), you'll contribute to the evolution, operation, and governance of CI/CD platforms, while integrating AI capabilities into the development and delivery processes. You'll be involved in both operational and support activities as well as innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. More specifically, you will be required to :

AI and advanced automation

  • Integrate AI capabilities (Copilot, agents, automated analysis) to improve code quality, the validation process and pipeline automation.
  • Help optimize development processes through smart automation.

AI governance and security

  • Frame the use of AI technologies (security, compliance, data management).
  • Define and promote organizational standards related to AI in DevOps practices.

CI/CD platform management

  • Maintain and evolve the continuous delivery platform (tools, integrations and practices) to improve the experience and efficiency of development teams.
  • Design, deploy and operate the CI/CD infrastructure while ensuring its performance, security and evolution.

Squad support

  • Help the development teams with the adoption of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
  • Participate actively in the continuous improvement of practices and tools.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • A minimum of six years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD platforms
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience with platforms supporting artificial intelligence workloads (containers, orchestration and cloud)Experience in AI applied to development (example: Copilot)
  • Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Proficiency in DevSecOps concepts and application security
  • Proficiency with challenges related to integrating AI components into delivery pipelines (deployment, validation, observability and performance)
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
