Founded in 2024 by Dr. Lauren Outlaw, we pride ourselves on a fun, highly inclusive culture and a commitment to providing unhurried, relationship-based care in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Quick Look:

  • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time available. Standard clinic hours are Mon - Wed & Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, and Thurs, 7 - 3:30 PM.

  • Clinical Duties: Provide comprehensive gynecological care, including routine annual exams, acute/emergency GYN visits, follow-ups, and weight management consultations. Proficiency in performing pelvic ultrasounds is desired. Strong in-office procedural experience is highly preferred (specifically IUD and Nexplanon insertions/removals, endometrial biopsies, and colposcopies).
  • Modern Workflows: Practice in a beautifully designed office featuring Athena EMR and an upbeat atmosphere. Benefit from Suki AI dictation software to streamline your charting and eliminate after-hours work.
  • Compensation & Benefits: The starting salary range for this role is roughly $120,000 in base pay for full-time and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
    • Paid Time Off
    • 401(k)
    • CME & License Reimbursement
    • Health Insurance
    • Vision & Dental Insurance
    • Malpractice Coverage
    • Flexible Schedule

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience: Strong clinical practicing experience in women's health / outpatient gynecology is required. Knowledge of obesity/bariatric medicine and conversational Spanish skills are a plus!
  • Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance.
