Job description

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain all production systems within the Worship Center at the Troy Campus. This role ensures that audio, video, and lighting systems are fully functional, optimized, and ready to support excellent, distraction-free worship experiences.

The Systems Engineer partners closely with Production staff to prepare systems, support events, and provide training for staff and volunteers. This individual also plays a key role in system improvements, vendor coordination, and the implementation of new technologies, while actively contributing to production environments on a regular basis.

Woodside Bible Church does not offer H-1B visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain and optimize audio, video, and lighting systems for all Worship Center events
  • Ensure systems are fully prepared and functioning with excellence each week
  • Partner with Production leadership on stage turns, system upgrades, and improvements
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee technical projects
  • Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for all systems
  • Train and equip staff and volunteers to effectively use production systems
  • Provide hands-on Sunday morning production support (audio, video, lighting, or stage management) at least monthly
