As a Sales Associate, you will own our customers' experience. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, current inventory, and customer service. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry, but with previous roles in customer service, retail service, the restaurant industry or hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers and ensure referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses
  • Bring your positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications
  • No experience necessary
  • Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
