Automotive Line Technician Job Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles

Automotive Line Technician Compensation and Benefits
This Mid-Level Line Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following elements:
  • Hourly pay, which varies based on experience, certifications, and performance
  • Production-based incentive compensation, which may be tied to individual and/or team productivity benchmarks
  • Retention-based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

Automotive Line Technician Qualifications
  • Mid-level automotive technician experience required

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
