Main Shop Technician – CDJR Certified
Mt. Juliet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | Mt. Juliet, TN

Mt. Juliet CDJR is hiring Technicians with current CDJR Certification and proven experience in a CDJR dealership service department. You will handle advanced diagnostics, warranty work, engine repairs on FCA vehicles. This role fits a technician who wants stability, strong workflow, and a team that respects high-level skill.

SCHEDULE
Full time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday rotation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to diagnose and repair Chrysler automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.
  • Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and accurately to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and Chrysler’s quality standards
  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate directly with service advisors and foreman regarding the status of the service work, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs with the ultimate goal of maintaining a positive experience for the customer

REQUIREMENTS

  • CDJR Phase 1, 2, or 3 Certification (required)
  • CDJR dealership experience (required)
  • Strong diagnostic accuracy
  • Ability to handle high-line jobs efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Master Certified or 2+ years automotive technician/mechanic experience
  • Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
  • Strong Automotive knowledge
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Maintain sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
  • Employment subject to a background check and drug screen test
  • We perform a standard pre-employment drug screen; however, THC is excluded from the testing panel
