Job Description

Our client is seeking a Chromatography Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the installation, startup, and operational readiness of a new biotechnology manufacturing facility. This role will serve as the technical lead for large-scale chromatography systems, coordinating equipment installation, supporting startup, and troubleshooting complex process issues throughout commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical SME for large-scale process chromatography systems.
  • Coordinate equipment installation with construction, vendors, and project engineering teams.
  • Support startup, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
  • Troubleshoot chromatography equipment and process issues beyond the scope of CQV.
  • Partner with vendors, operations, and engineering to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful equipment turnover.
  • Support engineering reviews and ensure equipment is installed in accordance with project and GMP requirements.
