Job description

Our client, a healthcare related company in Northern NJ, is searching for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Reporting to the CHRO, in this role you will:
• Partner with senior leaders and their teams as a trusted, proactive HR advisor
• Provide coaching and counsel on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness
• Support workforce planning and organizational design
• Manage employee relations
• Development/implementation HR policies, programs, and processes and support compliance
• Participate in HRIS evaluation and implementation initiatives
• Design/facilitate L& D programs, with focus on practical skill-building and measurable impact
• Build/deliver resources including toolkits, coaching frameworks, and communication guides
• Support people-side workstreams for post-acquisition integration (role mapping, cultural assessment, and comp harmonization)
• Partner with the CHRO on comp benchmarking, job architecture, and total rewards internal equity and market alignment
• Collaborate with TA on critical searches, providing HRBP perspective on candidate assessment, offer strategy, and onboarding
YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time in a Senior HRBP/Senior Generalist role supporting businesses in media, healthcare, digital health, or professional services. experience working with PE is a plus
• Strong employee relations expertise
• Experience in HR policy development, compliance, and building or strengthening HR infrastructure
• Hands-on experience designing/delivering management development and learning programs
• Solid understanding of comp principles and experience supporting total rewards programs
• Change management experience
Preferred
• Exposure to M&A integration from the HR perspective
• Experience with HRIS implementation or platform transitions
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification
