Their main goal is to ensure that customers have a pleasant shopping experience during Christmas, when stores are especially busy. Christmas Helpers may also help with event setup, decorations, and supporting other employees as needed.

Our goal is straightforward: to help them transition from feeling helpless to hopeful.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, jumping in wherever needed, and ensuring the day-to-day details don't fall through the cracks.

  • Coordinate Communications: Manage emails, prepare documents, organize files, and assist with correspondence for donors, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Support Fundraising Efforts: Assist with administrative tasks related to fundraising initiatives, endowment projects, and donor communications while coordinating with internal team members.
  • Handle Organizational Tasks: Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, update databases, schedule meetings, and complete a variety of administrative projects that keep the organization running efficiently.

Your Skills

  • Knowledge: Previous experience in an administrative, office, project coordination, or operations support role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and learning new technology.
  • Ability: Ability to assist in our Duluth office as needed. Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish. Ability to submit to a felony/misdemeanor background check.
