What You'll Do

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll create a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered classroom where young learners thrive.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Create a nurturing classroom rooted in biblical truth and Classical Christian education
  • Integrate Scripture, poetry, songs, chants, and hands-on learning throughout the school day
  • Foster children's academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
  • Build positive relationships with students and families
  • Teach character, respect, responsibility, and biblical values through daily interactions
  • Collaborate with the Preschool Director and fellow teachers to ensure curriculum alignment and student success
  • Monitor student progress and communicate with families regarding development
  • Support Colorado licensing requirements related to supervision, health, safety, attendance, and documentation
  • Participate in school events including Open House, Parent-Teacher Conferences, and community activities
  • Work collaboratively with Teacher Assistants and support staff to provide an exceptional classroom experience

  • ECPC Level 2 credential (or willingness to obtain within the school's timeline)
  • Experience teaching or supporting preschool-aged children
  • Experience in a Classical Christian school or faith-based educational setting
