Maintenance Tech:
Founded in 1884, Christian Care Communities is Kentucky's largest faith-inspired, not-for-profit provider of affordable senior retirement living and long-term care for Older Adults.
Village Manor is Bowling Green's distinguished and award-winning senior living community offering a full continuum of care - independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care at our Christian Health Center.
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for a full range of custodial and property maintenance duties
including painting, heating and ventilation troubleshooting and repair, responding to work orders, minor
plumbing and electrical work, snow shoveling and landscaping while maintaining compliance with all
applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferred Education: Associate's degree from a college, university, technical school
Required Experience: 1 year experience in general property maintenance
