Job description

We have a smart, observant 3-year old boy who has a wonderful high vocabulary and starting into imaginary play. Play and interest: He loves playing chase, diving into imaginary play with his planes & vehicles, swimming & Peter Rabbit. We have a pool and he swims daily typically before his afternoon nap. Routine & Habits: He is mostly potty trained, though he prefers to pull up to go #2. He loves the comfort of taking a bottle before he goes down for an afternoon nap and when it’s cooler, he loves to venture out to Granada Park, which is across the street. Independent Chores: He takes his big boy responsibilities “serious” and helps empty the silverware from the dishwasher every morning. Clothing Style: He honestly prefers to just rock his “panties” around the house whenever possible. Our Home & Values: Screen Time: We strongly limit TV and are looking for someone who loves to actively engage. Talk with him and nourish his sweet curious mind. Faith & Lifestyle: We would love to find a Christian nanny who aligns with our values in healthy lifestyle. Work-From-Home Parents: Both parents work from home with flexible schedules and occasionally travel with Luke & work remote while traveling. His grandmother/Nanna has been his primary caretaker while we work since he was born, so this is a new transition for him. Requirements: CPR & First Aid Certified. Confident swimmer and with a toddler who swims without floaties daily. Solid experience with toddlers Interactive, good listening & communication, ability to limit your personal screen time while working, ok with flexible hours.
