Pay Rate: $15.00 Hourly Rate | Full Time & Part Time | Shift Details Below:
1:30PM-10:00PM Sunday, Monday, Thursday, 2:30PM-11:00PM Friday & Saturday (OFF Tuesday & Wednesday)
1:30PM-10:00PM Sunday, Thursday, 2:30PM-11:00PM Friday & Saturday (OFF Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position
Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will be responsible for guest engagement and overall quality and satisfaction of the coffee shop. You will also model and act according to the Starbucks guiding principle, and the Choctaw Casino & Resort mission statement. You will report to the Venue Manager.
Primary Tasks:
  1. Take orders and fulfill orders correctly and promptly.
  2. Promote the Choctaw Culture and the mission of Starbucks.
  3. Adhere to the cash handling audit policy.
  4. Maintain all Barista steps of service.
  5. Attend all Starbucks training and department meetings.
  6. Always provide excellent guest satisfaction.
  7. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and a safe, hazard-free work environment within responsibilities.
  8. Inform management of any product shortages, equipment failures, or staffing issues promptly.
  9. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Serve Safe Certification
  • Handle cash and all other tender methods, and be able to make change
  • Knowledge of drink recipes, how to make each beverage, and how each machine functions

Responsibilities
