Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for Machine Operators with a local manufacturing company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Machine Operators do essential jobs with rates starting at $20.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling and processing products, and maintaining workflows to meet company standards and customer specifications. This role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and production expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude or prior equipment operation experience preferred

  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or quality standards a plus

  • Basic math and measurement skills

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures within a production environment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
