Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting.
  • Flexibility to float to other departments and sister campuses within a 12-mile radius as needed.
  • Adhere to updated medical protocols and participate in holiday scheduling.
  • Utilize EPIC charting systems effectively for patient documentation.
  • Ensure patient safety with adherence to clinical and facility protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license with two years of recent NICU experience.
  • PALS and BLS certifications required; NRP preferred.
  • Experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU environment is mandatory.
  • Prior travel nursing experience is preferred, first-time travelers accepted if adequately skilled.
  • Epic EMR experience is beneficial.
  • BSN preferred but not required.
