Professionals using ChiroTouch software in a chiropractic office are generally responsible for managing patient records, handling appointment scheduling, processing billing and insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with healthcare documentation standards. They often serve as the main point of contact between patients and practitioners for all administrative matters relating to ChiroTouch. The role may also involve troubleshooting basic software issues and training new staff on the platform. Success in this position requires both technical proficiency with the software and strong organizational skills to keep the office running smoothly.
