Position Overview

This is a dual role combining patient care support and front desk responsibilities. You’ll be a key part of creating an exceptional patient experience from check-in to treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with SoftWave Therapy treatments (training provided)
  • Educate patients on therapy benefits and treatment plans
  • Greet patients, check them in/out, and schedule appointments
  • Answer phones, manage messages, and handle basic office tasks
  • Maintain treatment rooms and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
  • Support the doctor and team as needed
