Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Therapy & Wellness Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our chiropractic practice by providing exceptional patient service and assisting with various clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, and anatomy, enabling them to effectively assist the doctor and the patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient assessments by gathering medical history and relevant information.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and procedures, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Responsible for patient therapies, patient nutrition consults, and setting up exercise rehab plans.
  • Assist with patient correspondence including special event postcards, e-mail and phone calls.
  • Ability and desire to assist in marketing events is a plus - including location set-up, planning and patient lead follow-up.
  • Ability and desire to assist with social media posts is a plus - including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and patient satisfaction.
  • General office work, including answering incoming calls, scheduling patients, and some light housekeeping duties.

Requirements

  • Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations is required.

Other Details

  • Position is for FULL TIME: approximately 34-38 hours/week (Monday thru Thursday & off Friday, Saturday, Sunday – except for the occasional Marketing event)
