Job description

A better way to deliver care starts here!

The Joint Chiropractic is revolutionizing access to care by delivering high-quality, affordable chiropractic services in a convenient retail setting. As the largest operator, manager, and franchisor of chiropractic clinics in the U.S., The Joint delivers more than 12 million patient visits annually across nearly 1,000 locations. Recognized by Forbes, Fortune, and Franchise Times, we are leading a movement to make wellness care more accessible to all.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Chiropractor to join our Greensboro, NC clinic at Friendly Center. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best: improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Why Our Greensboro Clinic?

Located in Friendly Shopping Center, one of Greensboro’s busiest shopping destinations, our established, high-volume clinic serves patients from Greensboro and surrounding communities while staying actively engaged in the local community.

We understand that the right support makes a difference in a busy practice. During higher-volume periods, we staff two Chiropractors at a time, allowing our doctors to work collaboratively rather than placing the full patient volume on one provider.

Our franchise is owned by a Chiropractor who understands the role firsthand, with accessible local leadership to support scheduling, supplies, clinic operations, and day-to-day needs. Our goal is to give doctors the autonomy to focus on their patients without unnecessary micromanagement while ensuring support is there when they need it.

Schedule & Opportunities

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Chiropractor with weekend availability. Our ideal candidate is available Sunday through Thursday, although scheduling may vary based on clinic needs.
We also have part-time opportunities for Chiropractors interested in evening and/or weekend hours.

Clinic Hours:

  • Weekdays: 9:45 AM–7:00 PM, with a designated lunch break

  • Weekends: 9:45 AM–5:00 PM

Full-time doctors generally work 4–5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems

  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions

  • Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records

  • Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results

  • Build positive doctor-patient relationships

  • Support membership sales through care-focused conversations

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college

  • Valid DC license in the applicable state

  • Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam

  • Eligibility for malpractice insurance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
  • $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience

  • Company-paid malpractice insurance

  • Opportunities for future growth and development

  • PTO accrual for Chiropractors working 5 days per week

  • 3 days of Holiday PTO (FT docs only)

Why Join Us

When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you’re joining a movement. Our innovative model removes barriers to care so you can focus on what matters: helping patients feel better every day.

You’ll enjoy the stability of an established practice, the freedom to grow your skills, and the support of a values-driven company where Trust, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, and Excellence shape every decision.

Business Structure

You are applying to work with a franchisee of The Joint Corp. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which may vary.
