Job description

Flexologist (Assisted Stretching Specialist)
StretchLab Woodbury | Woodbury, MN
Help people move better. Feel better. Live better.
At StretchLab Woodbury, we don't count reps or sell workouts.
We help people get back to doing the things they love.
Whether that's golfing without pain, playing with grandchildren, training for a marathon, recovering from surgery, or simply getting out of bed feeling better-our work changes lives every day.
If you're passionate about movement, enjoy working one-on-one with people, and love seeing measurable progress, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Flexologist, you'll work individually with clients using StretchLab's proprietary assisted stretching system to improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, posture, and overall movement.
You'll:
  • Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch session

You should be:
  • Passionate about health, fitness, movement, or recovery
  • Comfortable working hands-on with clients

  • An excellent communicator
  • Coachable and committed to continuous learning
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience every session
Ideal Backgrounds
Experience in one or more of these areas is preferred:

Training includes:
  • Online education
  • Hands-on practical instruction
  • Ongoing coaching and continuing education

Training time is paid.
Why StretchLab Woodbury?

  • Flexible scheduling
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Positive, team-oriented environment
  • The opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives every day
Why This Job Matters
People don't come to StretchLab because they're flexible.
They come because something hurts.
Because they can't move the way they used to.
Because they want their life back.
Every session is an opportunity to help someone take another step toward that goal.
If that excites you, we'd love to meet you.
