  • Develop leadership and operational experience
  • Learn the business side of chiropractic
  • Potentially step into clinic ownership or partnership in the future

  • Perform manual chiropractic adjustments to the spine and extremities
  • Deliver clear, confident patient education about chiropractic care and wellness
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Order and analyze diagnostic X-rays when medically necessary
  • Contribute to patient retention through clinical results and relationship-building

Leadership & Ownership Development

For doctors interested in long-term growth, this role provides:

  • Exposure to clinic metrics and performance standards
  • Insight into systems, operations, and patient acquisition models
  • Mentorship through NuSpine University
  • Advancement opportunities toward ownership pathways
  • Performance-based incentives tied to growth

We are looking for chiropractors who think beyond adjusting and want to build something meaningful.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive part-time salary structure
  • Strong work/life balance
  • NuSpine University training and leadership development
  • CEU reimbursement
  • Annual performance bonuses
  • Malpractice insurance coverage
  • License renewal reimbursement
  • Chiropractic care for you and your immediate household
  • Clear advancement and ownership-track potential

Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
  • Active and valid state chiropractic license
  • Proficiency in EMR systems
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Leadership mindset and interest in long-term growth
  • Bilingual preferred

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for a chiropractor who:

  • Wants part-time flexibility
  • Values clinical excellence and patient relationships
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Is interested in potentially owning or leading a clinic in the future
  • Sees chiropractic as both a calling and a business
