Job description

Join two other providers in a busy ENT/allergy practice with 2 full-time allergy nurses and room for significant allergy growth. Enjoy professional autonomy practicing bread and butter ENT in an office with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology. In-office procedures available if desired.
 Details For this Opportunity:
 -Otolaryngology 
-Independent 501(c)3 not-for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics
-Dedicated weekly OR time
-State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment
-State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years
-Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available
-Allergy experience desired
- Work schedule: 4-day work week
- Very competitive salary plus RVU bonus based on annual threshold
-Quality incentives up to $110,000, Signing bonus of $20,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription, Loan repayment
-Hospital employed
-Full benefits including a 401k match, Paid malpractice etc
