Job Summary
We are seeking an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst with Chinese language proficiency to support full spectrum cyber operations at Fort Eisenhower, GA. The selected candidate will conduct open-source intelligence analysis, leveraging Mandarin Chinese language skills to evaluate global data sources and support mission-critical cyber operations. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform open-source intelligence (OSINT) analysis using Mandarin Chinese language skills
  • Support full spectrum cyber operations aligned with U.S. Army Cyber Command missions
  • Gather, evaluate, and analyze data from open sources including public records, news media, social media, images, videos, websites, and dark web sources
  • Conduct non-technical risk and vulnerability assessments related to people, operations, and environments
  • Produce analytical reports and intelligence summaries based on OSINT findings
  • Identify patterns, trends, and indicators relevant to cyber operations
Qualifications
Required:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency at ILR level 3+/3+ (listening and reading)
  • Experience conducting open-source intelligence analysis
  • Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills
Desired:
  • Experience supporting cyber operations or intelligence missions
  • Familiarity with dark web analysis and OSINT tools
