About Your Program
You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3-6 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as:
  • Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day people operations and business initiatives.
  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
  • Coordinating recruitment, talent development, and internal HR projects across business teams.
  • Preparing HR reports, maintaining employee data, and supporting people analytics.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to HR process improvements.

About You
  • A recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese; Chinese language skills are essential for this role.
  • US Green Card holder preferred; OPT candidates will also be considered.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in HR, with the potential to transition into a full-time HRBP (JDS) role.
