Summary:
Who We Are
White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. We know that the hospitality business, like life, is about how you make people feel. As a Dishwasher, you will help ensure smooth kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, supporting the culinary team, and creating a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
  • Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
  • Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
  • Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
  • Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher.
  • Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
  • Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
