B2B Marketing Specialist

Trader Interactive

Virginia Beach, VA

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

Job description

Are you ready to be a big part of something big?

At Trader Interactive, we make buying and selling a great experience. We're a group of go-getters who decided they didn't want to settle for the status quo. We come together as one team to build value and drive innovation across our industries - but we have fun while we do it and make sure our people are always our #1 priority.

When it comes to your career, we want to provide big opportunities to help you make a big impact. But for this to be possible, we strive to feel small. Small enough to quickly change tack, small enough to learn from different teams and small enough to connect authentically with leadership.

What We Offer

  • An inclusive and supportive work environment where you can move your career forward and will have the chance to do work that has real, significant impact on the world.

  • The opportunity to be a part of a global group of digital marketplace businesses (CAR Group) located across Australia, Brazil, Chile and South Korea - collectively we have around 1,800 team members worldwide, and our Global Talent Exchange Program means you might just find yourself working in one of those businesses sometime soon.

  • Plenty of flexible leave options and employee benefits including up to 31 days of paid time off in your first year, continuing education with access to LinkedIn Learning, a full benefits package including medical, dental & vision, 401K with company match, and wellness program.

What You'll Do

Trader Interactive is the leading marketplace and media company serving the RV, powersports, commercial truck, and equipment industries. Our Media Sales and OEM partnerships are central to how we monetize our audience and deliver value to the manufacturers and advertisers who reach buyers through our platforms.

We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to serve as the dedicated B2B marketing partner for our Media Sales and OEM teams. You'll own the strategy and execution that helps us win new business, grow existing accounts, and retain our most valuable partner relationships. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be the marketing engine behind two revenue-critical teams. Media Sales and OEM are two of the most strategic revenue engines inside Trader Interactive — the right marketer in this seat will directly influence how we package, position, and sell our audience to the most important partners in our industries, with the autonomy to build the B2B marketing function the way it should be built.

  • Sales enablement. Own the pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, media kits, and proposal templates that Media Sales and OEM teams use every day. Keep them sharp, current, and aligned to how buyers actually make decisions.

  • Demand generation & ABM. Build targeted campaigns against priority OEM and advertiser accounts across email, LinkedIn, content syndication, and direct outreach. Partner with sellers on 1:1 and 1:few plays for top-tier accounts.

  • Trade shows & industry events. Own our B2B event presence end-to-end — booth experience, pre-event outreach, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up. Core shows include RVX, RVIA National RV Trade Show, AIMExpo, and ATD.

  • Content & thought leadership. Produce data-driven insights, whitepapers, and industry reports that position Trader Interactive as the authority on marketplace audience behavior and shopper intent.

  • Campaign execution. Run integrated campaigns across paid, email, web, and organic social that generate qualified leads and move named accounts through the funnel.

  • Measurement. Own B2B marketing reporting — pipeline contribution, event ROI, campaign performance — and partner with RevOps on attribution.

  • Cross-functional partnership. Work closely with Media Sales and OEM leadership, product marketing, creative/design, PR/comms, and the broader Consumer Revenue marketing org.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in marketplaces, digital media, ad tech, SaaS, or industries.

  • Proven track record building and running ABM and demand generation programs against named accounts.

  • Strong sales enablement instincts — you've written the decks and one-pagers yourself and know what sellers actually use.

  • Experience owning B2B events and trade show presence as a marketing lead.

  • Excellent writing and storytelling. You translate data and product capability into a compelling business case.

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, direct environment. You prioritize ruthlessly, move quickly, and ship.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing digital advertising, media, or marketplace products to OEMs and dealer networks.

  • Background in an industry we serve: RV, powersports, commercial truck, marine, or equipment.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar marketing automation platforms, plus Salesforce.

  • Experience partnering directly with sales leadership on account planning and GTM strategy.

So come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.

TI proudly supports a diverse workforce, and we encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply. Trader Interactive is an equal opportunity employer where hiring is based entirely on business needs, job requirements, and individual merit.
