Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Roanoke, VA

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric team in Jacksonville, Florida. At Great Strides, you'll become part of a multidisciplinary team committed to helping children achieve greater independence and reach important developmental milestones. You'll work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, ABA professionals, and other pediatric specialists while delivering individualized, family-centered care in an engaging outpatient setting.

Your Role:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and goals.
  • Provide compassionate, family-centered therapy services that promote meaningful functional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and maximize patient success.
  • Educate families on treatment strategies and home programs to support continued progress outside the clinic.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using AI-powered documentation technology designed to reduce administrative burden and allow more focus on patient care.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture that prioritizes clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program 
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure 
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Required 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills 
  • Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs
