About the Role:
As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our ortho patients. You will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their best smile by making the financing process smooth, clear, and stress-free, providing excellent patient care, and supporting office operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments + manage the calendar
  • Present treatment plans in a warm, easy-to-understand way
  • Help with insurance + financial arrangements
  • Work closely with our orthodontists + team for top-tier care
