Part-Time Accounting-Assistant Needed for Artist and Musician Couple: Two artists seeking an organized, proactive personal assistant for 16 hours/week to help manage an Art Advisory and Outdoor Sculpture Studio for the artist and Music and Event Production for the Musician. This is an excellent opportunity for a discreet, experienced private service professional seeking a refined, long-term fractional role in a respectful, well-run creative household with opportunity for growth. The personal assistant will begin with a 2 day week onsite, with flexibility for occasional additional support, emergency response, coordination, or seasonal needs.

The days and times of this position are flexible. Salary is commensurate with experience and after a trial period the staff member would be enrolled on the formal payroll. Duties: Spreadsheet organization of expenses and revenue Track Material lists and Costs of sculptures for pricing Handling mail and organizing files.

Assisting with travel arrangements as needed. Administrative tasks: reviewing credit card statements, and providing Excel spreadsheets of expenses if requested. Assisting with end of year expenses to be provided to personal or Business accountant.

Track ongoing household repair projects and to-do lists Fulfillment of Choral Songbooks to choir directors. Research into AI efficiencies for Data Entry, accounting, auction data and other tasks. Requirements: · Previous personal assistant experience desired.

· Must be highly reliable, honest, and have a positive attitude. · Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Professional communication skills with a calm demeanor · Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Artbase or Collector Systems would be useful.

· Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of Quickbooks would be useful Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
