Think of this position as a combination of client service + intake specialist + case coordinator + legal/administrative support.
You'll communicate with clients, open and manage new cases, track documentation, coordinate with multiple parties, and make sure important details don't get missed.
No legal experience? That's okay. We can teach you our business.
What we can't teach as easily is a genuine desire to help people, strong communication skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the drive to grow.
Requirements
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:
  • Talk with clients and partners by phone and email and make sure they receive exceptional service
  • Manage new client and case intake from beginning to end
  • Open new cases and maintain accurate information in our case management system
  • Send, track, and follow up on important documents
  • Manage a busy intake inbox and make sure requests don't sit unanswered
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, lienholders, government agencies, and internal teams
  • Document conversations and case activity accurately
  • Keep multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities moving at the same time
  • Help clients understand what happens next and make them feel supported throughout the process
  • Learn the world of settlement services and become an expert in your assigned area

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1+ year of customer-facing, client service, intake, administrative, legal, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, retail management, or similar experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Confidence speaking with clients and professionals by phone
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Comfort learning databases, case management systems, and new technology
  • A professional, positive, and client-focused approach
