Pay: $21.92 - $24.39 / hour (+ extra 8% shift differential for swings & graves!)

Shifts Available: Swing Shift & Grave Shift (Standard M-F or Rotating Schedules)

What You Will Do

As a production Associate, you will help build the high-quality components that keep families safe on the road. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Operating Machinery: Safely run production machines to assemble inflators, and safety parts.

  • Quality Inspection: Use hand gauges and visual checks to ensure every single part meets strict safety rules.

  • Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and help train or relieve teammates for breaks.

  • Continuous Improvement: Share your ideas to help our team work safer, faster, and better.

Available Shifts & Schedules

Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle:

  • Swing Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Grave Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Options include Monday–Friday (with possible overtime) OR Rotating schedules (7 days on, 3–4 days off).
