LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (JUNIOR) – REMOTE OPTION AVAILABLE


About the Firm

Our client is a highly regarded international law firm with a growing litigation practice and a reputation for handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters for prestigious clients. The firm offers associates the opportunity to work closely with accomplished attorneys, gain meaningful courtroom experience, and build their careers within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.


The Opportunity

We are conducting an exclusive search for a Junior Litigation Associate to join a rapidly expanding litigation team. This position is ideal for an attorney with at least one year of defense pre-litigation and/or litigation experience who is eager to gain substantive responsibility and meaningful courtroom exposure early in their career.


Candidates must be admitted in Arizona or eligible to obtain admission through their UBE score.


Working directly with a highly successful partner who has a growing book of business, the selected attorney will have the opportunity to develop as a true litigator while working on sophisticated matters for notable clients.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of litigation from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses

• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses

• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

• Develop case strategies and assist with claim investigations

• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Minimum of one year of defense pre-litigation and/or litigation experience

• Arizona Bar admission or eligibility for admission through a qualifying UBE score

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Desire to gain courtroom experience and substantive responsibility early in practice
