About the Role:
Join Bright Beams Academy as a Child Care Assistant Director in Redmond, WA, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on growth and development.
Need to be fully in merit with a state certificate or equivalent to assist the new school with our grand opening and launch procedures.
A center director must meet the following qualifications:
(i) Be at least eighteen years old;
(ii) Have an ECE state certificate or equivalent as approved 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily operations of the child care facility.
  • Support the Director in implementing educational programs and curricula.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health standards.
  • Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
