As the Lead Administrative Assistant supporting Honeywell's Building Automation (BA) business unit, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of senior leadership through exceptional administrative and operational support. Based in our Atlanta office, this is a highly visible position that supports the Chief Information Officer, Chief Solutions Eng Officer, and other senior leaders, with a matrix reporting relationship to the Senior Executive Administrator.

This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and can effectively manage competing priorities, complex schedules, and sensitive business matters. Success in this position demands outstanding organizational skills, strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and a high degree of emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate is polished, adaptable, proactive, and able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

You Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior administrative support.
• Strong business acumen and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP (Purchase Orders) and Concur
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Proactive and self-motivated work approach.
• Team-oriented experience and mindset.
• On site 5 days a week
• After hours availability may be needed, so a 24/7 mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize administrative tasks, including managing schedules, domestic and international travel arrangements, visas, and correspondence.
• Coordinate complex calendars and resolve scheduling issues.
• Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, and catering. Collect daily lunches for the supported leaders.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure rhythm of business.
