Job description

PERRY VETERINARY CLINIC, PLLC is recruiting a chief operating officer (COO) to manage day to day business operations. We are a large, progressive veterinary business consisting of 4 companion animal clinics, a large dairy focused consulting service, a large animal ambulatory service, and a robust retail operation. Our current service area is western and west-central New York. This position is in Perry, NY. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership to ensure the long-term operational goals of the business are met and work collaboratively with the management team to achieve performance objectives. The general requirements for this position include a bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of proven management experience. MBA preferred but not required. You will need outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business management skills. Salary range $150k-$200k plus benefits package.
