We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to help lead the firm's next phase of growth.

This executive leadership role will partner directly with firm leadership to improve operational performance, coordinate multi-office operations, and help build the infrastructure necessary to support continued expansion.

• Lead and coordinate firm-wide operations across multiple offices and departments
