The COO works closely with the CEO and other executives to implement business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that organizational goals are met. Their duties often include managing departments, optimizing business processes, and driving company growth. The COO helps bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily operations, making sure that the company's vision is effectively executed.
