As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing our company's ongoing business operations and ensuring that our internal systems, processes, and people are aligned with our long-term strategic goals. You will act as the right hand to the CEO, translating the company’s vision into actionable operational strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive business strategies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance goals and KPIs for departments, monitoring progress to ensure company objectives are met.
