This isnโ€™t just a calendar role. Youโ€™ll play a key part in keeping leadership focused, driving follow-through on priorities, and helping the business run smoothly behind the scenes. What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Prepare agendas, board materials, and meeting notes (and keep action items moving!)
  • Coordinate travel, schedules, and key logistics
  • Keep documentation, files, and reporting organized and accessible
  • Support communication across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Assist with interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and general HR support
  • Track training compliance and maintain important safety and operational documents
